when in doubt…

Eat sardines.

With homemade croutons and sliced shallots. Good oil. Chopped kale if you’ve got it.

Add a sprinkle of dulse. Cayenne. (This version also includes sliced avocado, spinach and hard boiled egg just ‘cuz I was feeling rich.)
