Some mornings I have goat yoghurt with dried grapeskins and flax and chia powder; pumpkin seed butter on eziekiel bread and locally made apple cider and a bowl of not so local pineapple and papaya slices while watching cardinals and a bluejay, chickadees and doves and the black and grey and sometimes annoying red squirrels, all elbowing each other for sunflower seeds and sometimes dry roasted peanuts.
Other mornings I have cold pizza.
