I don’t want to have buy eggs this week, so despite feeling lazy this morning and leaning towards mindlessly scrambling a couple, I decide to root about in the fridge instead. I find beets and carrots (I don’t have to tell you they’re Canadian, right?) and ginger (sadly, not), so make juice. Which goes very nicely with a piece of toasted Eziekiel slathered with almond butter.
And…. I can save the eggs for something exciting this weekend.
